How do I set up BlackBerry® Internet Solution?

This is how you set up a BlackBerry Internet Solution account on your BlackBerry:

Alternative 2: Via computer

1. Open your browser and go to www.trigcom.BlackBerry.com
2. Click on “Create New Account”
3. Read through the “Legal Terms and Conditions”, and check the box to confirm you have read it all. Choose “I Agree” if you accept the conditions.
4. Create a username and a password for your new BIS account so you’ll be able to log in again. Then click “Next”.
5. Type in your valid email address, as well as the password to your email address, and click “Next”.
6. Should you receive an error message that says, “An error occurred during email account validation. Please check your information and try again”, scroll down to “work email” and continue.
7. When the account is set up correctly, you will receive a confirmation message saying your email account is active and ready to use, both on your screen and as an email message on your BlackBerry. You will start receiving emails on the BlackBerry after approximately 20 minutes.
